The "church workers" seminars are designed and organised purposely for all the workers within the church to be equipped for exploits in ministry. These workers are the “wheels and spokes” of the church, they make things happen therefore a great deal of attention must be given to them. It is important for us to know that “Enthusiasm, Desire, Zeal or Passion” without knowledge is no good; haste makes mistakes - Proverbs 19: 2.
At Royalhouse Chapel SLM we understand the importance of training the saints for good and effective work. These seminars are run quarterly, once in each season of the year (Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn).
AIM:
- To drill down the RCI vision, and to repair any misunderstanding or leakage of the vision.
- For all to be on the “same page and sing the same song”, ie. to come to a clear understanding where we are, where we want to go, and how we want to get there.
- To identify and sort out any negative perceptions there may be.
- To learn from other people's experiences and background knowledge in a way that will cement people’s understanding.
- To gain perspectives and points of view that might not have been otherwise considered.
